Free in-home delivery is included on regular-priced furniture and mattress purchases up to 50 miles from our Merrill, WI showrooms. That's not a promotion, a sale week, or a fine-print offer. It's just how we deliver.
Our Delivery Area
Our standard free delivery zone is a 50-mile radius from Merrill, Wisconsin. That covers most of central Wisconsin, including:
- Merrill
- Wausau
- Rhinelander
- Schofield
- Mosinee
- Tomahawk
- Antigo
- And surrounding communities
If you're outside the 50-mile zone, give us a call at (715) 536-8954. We may still be able to deliver, sometimes for a small fee depending on the distance. We'll always be upfront about it.
How Does Courtside's Delivery Service Work?
1. We Schedule with You
Once your order is ready, our team will call you to schedule a delivery window that works for you. For in-stock items, that's often within the same week. Sometimes the same day.
2. Our Crew Arrives
Our professionally trained delivery team arrives on the agreed day. They're our employees, not a third-party service. They know our furniture, they know our customers, and they know how to do this right.
3. We Open, Inspect, Place
Every piece is brought inside, removed from its packaging, inspected, and placed in the room of your choice. If there's an issue, we catch it before we leave. If you have questions about a feature or how something works, we walk you through it.
4. We Haul Away Packaging
We take the packaging with us. You don't have to flatten boxes, wrestle them into your car, or wonder what to do with that mountain of cardboard.
5. We Can Haul Away Your Old Furniture
When we deliver a replacement piece, we can haul away the old one for you. Just let us know when you schedule the delivery so the crew is ready for it.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Most in-stock items are delivered within one week of purchase, and sometimes the same day. Special orders typically deliver within 1 to 1.5 weeks after the product arrives at our warehouse from the manufacturer.
If you need furniture quickly, ask about what's in stock when you visit. With over 20,000 square feet of floor space and a well-stocked warehouse, we often have what you need ready to go.
What If I'd Rather Pick Up?
If you'd prefer to pick up your purchase yourself, we can coordinate that. Let us know when you order and we'll have it ready for you. For larger or heavier pieces, we may recommend our delivery crew instead, just for safety.

Yes. Mattresses are delivered the same way as our furniture. Free in-home delivery, inspected and placed in the room of your choice. With a qualifying mattress protector, our 80-Night Sleep Guarantee applies.
