What's the Return Policy at Courtside Furniture?

Our policies are designed to be fair and easy to understand. Different rules apply to different types of merchandise depending on whether the item is in stock, special-ordered, a mattress, or clearance. The sections below walk through each one.

Furniture Exchanges

Furniture exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis with store approval. If your purchase isn't working in your home, give us a call at (715) 536-8954 and we'll talk through it. When an exchange is approved:
Items must be in original, like-new condition

  • A restocking fee may apply
  • Delivery fees apply for pickup of the original item and delivery of the replacement
  • Any difference in price between items is your responsibility

Special Orders and Custom Items

Special orders are placed with the manufacturer specifically for you. Once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer, it becomes non-cancellable. Custom items, including pieces with custom fabrics, leathers, finishes, or configurations, are made to your specifications and are not eligible for return except in cases of manufacturer defect.

If you'd like to make a change to a special order, call us as soon as possible. Once it's placed with the manufacturer, changes generally cannot be made.

Mattresses and the 80-Night Sleep Guarantee

Mattresses are covered by our 80-Night Sleep Guarantee with a qualifying mattress protector purchase. This means:

  • You can sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights and up to 80 nights total
  • If it's too firm or too soft, we'll exchange it one time at the original purchase price
  • No restocking fees, pickup fees, reselection fees, or redelivery fees apply
  • The mattress protector purchase is required to maintain warranty and qualify for the guarantee

Outside of the 80-Night Sleep Guarantee, mattresses are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturer defect covered under warranty.

Clearance and 'As Is' Items

Clearance, floor-model, and 'As Is' merchandise is sold without warranty and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We're upfront about this at the time of sale, and pricing reflects the final-sale nature of these items. Take your time with clearance purchases before committing.
